The ACCT Operating System is the core of how Stokowski Advisory works. It is built on four operating standards: Accountability, Commitment, Communication, and Trust.

Accountability is the standard of ownership. Commitment is the standard of what a yes actually means. Communication is the standard of how truth moves through a company. Trust is what accumulates when the other three are consistently held.
